Testimonials from a few of the previously crowned Miss Samoa

The pageant is a celebration of the various attributes of a Samoan woman of today. I believe that being Miss Samoa is not just about personifying that of what a Tamaitai Samoa is but more so it is about one in an influential and empowering role. I can only hope that I have achieved this through the continuous assistance I have provided to the community.

The Miss Samoa Pageant is a special event. For me, being Miss Samoa is once in a life time opportunity which has encouraged me more than ever to live and breathe my culture with much humility and diligence. Whilst one-year is never enough, it is my prayer that as your servant, I have been able to justly represent you and this great place we all call home.

    Olevia Ioane

Throughout these experiences I have grown into a mature young Samoan lady who takes responsibility for her actions, possesses the virtues of perseverance and humility, patience and trustworthiness. I have learnt with God, that everything is possible, with the help of a supportive family.
